Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. It pours cloudy bright gold with a small white head. The aroma is soft, sweet - sour, funky, apricot, peach, sherbet, candied citrus and lemon rinse. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, decent mouth-pucker, harsh face-ripper acidity, lactic, minerals, vinous, apricot skin and some tart granny smith apple with a crisp finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Nice aspects but the harsh acidity ruins it a bit for me.

Tap@Beavertown Extravaganza 2017, London - yellow pour with white head. Sour fruity notes with a medley of citrus lemon and apricot, notes of grape, medium body and acidity, slight vinegar nuance, funky with orchard fruit, wooden white wine soaked accents into the finish.

(Tap sample @ CBC 2016 Blue Session, Copenhagen) Fairly clear gold pour with a white head. Massively intense tart apricot and cider vinegar character both on the nose and palate, very biting despite the obviously juicy quality of the fruit addition, tough to get a great read on the beer when it's so bracingly puckering. A bit out of balance for me, consumed shortly after Westly for comparison. Just a small sample so maybe one becomes used to it after a few sips, but maybe it is not really the apricot beer for my tastes.

Draught@CBC 2016 (Blue Session). Hazy orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is extremely fruity, with apricots, some pineapple kind of notes as well as some slight sour wooden notes. Flavour is a nice sweet meets sour thing, with apricots coming in really well. Surprisingly refreshing.
