Mocna owocowosc, nie calkiem wytrawne, spora kwasnosc (za spora). Octu minimalnie raczej. Klasa. Od perzikow moze i gorsze, ale od najslabszego z nich znow lepsiejsze ;)

(375ml blend 2 bottle from Mikkeller Webshop) Pours nearly clear bright gold with a small white head. Aroma of heavy peach/nectarine, tart and fresh, with ample slightly buttery/vanilla oak hinting at French white wine, slightly sulphurous funk, tart lactic touches and a little berry. Flavour is definitely tart stone fruit foward, mid-sour, lactic, slight nectarine skin, dry earth, above moderate oak, soft funky undertone, a little apple and maybe white pepper in the back. Finishes tart, smooth, lactic and very oaky. Lots of fruit atop a slightly wine-like canvas as you'd expect from Side Project.
