To support our NHS heroes on the frontlines of the fight against Coronavirus, we started a pay-it-forward scheme to raise money for NHS workers to enjoy a well-earned drink. All money raised will be put on as a bar tab redeemable by NHS staff after lockdown. By buying this beer, you’re supporting the cause.

This Sour IPA is a huge glass of fruit juice. Sweet, tropical and sour. It’s a big, fruity IPA, hopped with mosaic, simcoe and lemondrop and then blended with our house sour until perfectly balanced. It’s a brunch beer with punch.

Can at home picked up from Craft Metropolis. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a fading scummy white head. Aroma is pithy citrus, grapefuit, lemon, bubblegum, pollen, some tart underripe peach. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, juicy jammy apricot, peach, jammy citrus, grapefruit, lime pickle. Palate is semi sweet and sour, sticky, fine carbonation, sticky, fine carbonation. Ok Bit odd.

Can at home in Hackney - sourced from Clapton Craft online. Pours clear honey-gold with a frothy, white head. Pretty tasty, moderately sweet, with light citric tartness, some pickle juice vibes, pine needles. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet finish, a touch sticky, more pickle juice, lemony tang, piney accents, background pale malts. Interesting stuff overall. Drinks pretty good.

Cold hazed, light foxy orange beer under a whipped eggwhite head, fairly stable. Extremely nice, fresh nose; certain herbs/floral/lunaria or suchlike. Faraway hint at Bretts, yeast. More Bretts in the flavour, very obvious wheat, orange juice. Some background spicyness. Very slick, wheatslickness, feels better carbonated than it looks. Nice! Good balance between the acidity and the hops. And more power to the beleagered NHS!
