Cask at Tapas Bar, Darlington. Golden colour, white foam head and aroma of malt, grain, citric. Taste is malt, grainy, biscuit with floral citric hop bitterness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, dry bitter finish. Quite OK

14/7/2021. Cask at the Dog & Partridge, on the A628 from Sheffield. Pours almost clear pale yellow gold with a creamy white head. Aroma of citrus, straw, lemon drops, banana and vanilla milk shake. Medium plus sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, light creamy texture, very soft carbonation. Not bad.

500 ml bottle, from Bier Huis, Ossett. ABV is 4.0%. Clear pale golden colour, moderate white head. Moderate aroma, a hint of citric hops. Citric hops in the flavour too, light bodied. Decent bitterness in the aftertaste.

Bottle from Beer Central, Sheffield. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, hay and light hoppy - grass and citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 171018
