Imperial Viietnamese Coffee Milk Porter. Think chocolate fondant meets coffee. Loaded with Vietnamese coffee beans; it’s dark and full bodied with sweet nutty chocolate notes. Good Morning Vietnam!

Can. Beer Central, Sheffield. Had their CDA prior to this. It’s great to see Red Willow knocking about in Sheffield. Quality brewer. Anyhoo. This is touching on black in the glass. Slim ring of tight, tan head. Nose has milk chocolate truffle. Sweet vine fruit. Touch of ground coffee bean. Taste is mostly sweet, with a decent hit of vinous, roast malt bitterness. Smooth and airy mouthfeel. Drinks well easy. Fine carbonation. Slightly tart bitterness to finish. Great beer.

Keg @ The Brink, Manchester. Black with next to no head. It has a very nutty aroma, which carries into its taste, but with a blast of coffee here and in its aftertaste.

330ml can. Pours black with a big thick tan head, slowly dissipating. Lots of roasted coffee beans on the nose, some dark chocolate too. Taste is dominated by coffee, dark chocolate, some dark fruit notes, lactose, nutty and subtle roast/smokey hints, coffee bitterness in the finish. Rich, full bodied, thick, smooth, creamy, very soft carbonation.
