A refreshing extra pale session ale, brewed using Sussex spring water, extra pale malts and an indecent amount of zesty, floral, oh so delicious hops. A great session beer you will find yourself drinking time and again.

Keg draught at the Hope & Ruin, Brighton. Light gold, clear with a very small uneven film of white head and decent lacing. Some citrus on the nose, many sweetened lime and orange. Taste is sweet with a nice Hop bite ack which isn't too bitter but keeps the balance. Surprisingly dry little finish. Light body, heavy carbonation. Not very exciting but all in all its a decent enough composition.

Draft from Ninkaci, Eastbourne. Poured a clear yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, light citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a.fresh, crisp, juicy tutti fruitti tropical citrus, light toffee, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

330ml can. A very pale yellow with small white soap sud head. Aroma of perfumy lemon, lime with a pale malt background. Taste is also quite simple with sharp citrus notes, grains, quite sweet, a touch of resin in the finish. Light bodied, moderate carbonation, quite dry on the palate. It's ok.

Cask ale, half-pint shared with Finn at Waterloo Tap. Bubbly white surface over a next-to-clear golden body, spotty lacing. Modest smell of ripe citrus. Moments of lemony hops, grass, and a backdrop of biscuit to the taste character. Drying close. A bit thin on the palate. Fair enough. (London, 02.10.2023).

Delt med Rune. Stråfarget. Litt uklar. Lett teppelacing. Lett fruktaroma. Smaken vassen. LItt fersken. Litt tørr bitterhet i avslutninga.

This is all about the hops. Very easy drinking would be a perfect summer BBQ drink. Has an aroma of boiled sweets. And a taste not far off fruity sweets. Not a lot of body but then it's an extra pale so I guess that's to be expected.
