This IPA marries the soft, pillowy texture of oats, oat malt and dextrin with intense, tropical and resinous notes from a heavy double-dry-hopping of Mosaic and Columbus.

8 3 7 3 15 Draft @ In De Wildeman, small sample. Cloudy, milky yellow color, like a NEIPA. Frothy off white head. Aroma’s: big fruit, juicy, citrus. Retronasal it’s citrussy sour, juicy. Flavor is juicy sourish, a bit yeasty. Light medium bodied. Finishes dry, resinous, but hardly bitter.

330ml bottle. Murky, bright yellow-ish golden colour with average, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Intense, piney, resinous and tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, notes of passion fruit, mango, grapefruit, widely disguised caramel malty background. Taste is initially juicy, tropical fruity hoppy, notes of mango, hints of passion fruit and grapefruit, later slight sweet caramel malty with a touch of peanut; simultaneously the tropical fruitiness gives way to more bitter, piney and resinous hoppy notes. Neither light nor watery in a strictly sense of course, but sadly somehow diluted nevertheless. Something like a missing link between New England IPA and a typical Kernel IPA.

Very hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, light creamy sweetness. Light hop spice. A very nice mix of juicy fresh orange, orange peel and blueberry. Mild pine. Smooth finish. Comes together well. Ver drinkable.
