On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is wheat and citrus. Medium body, toasted wheat, citrus, light finish, good.

On tap at Idletyme, pours a hazy copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out light grassy hops and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is on the sweeter side, with caramel bready malt and gentle grassy hops. This really doesn't taste like a pilsner. Pleasant, whatever it is.

This was poured into a pilsener glass.
The appearance was a hazy/cloudy orange color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated at a nice pace. Fairly thick foamy lacing glosses along the sides of the glass.
The smell had some sweet lemon blending with some nice grassy/spicy hops. Low bitterness. Light bready/biscuit sweet goodness.
The taste mainly followed the smell taking the spice portion to run into the aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a great sessionable feel about it. Carbonation felt fairly low. Grassy hop bitterness becomes the harshness but even that is really low key.
Overall, Idletyme knocked it out of the park. Its wonderful and I would love to have it again.

A hazed blonde pilsner with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, light chalky notes, OK. Bottle at Vermont Cheese Fest 2015.
