500ml can, kindly provided by lmojoh. Frothy white head, clear warm golden body, dotted spots on the glass. Ripe fruity smell with a farmyard touch. Blended taste of almond, kveik fruitiness, and a juniper note. Mid-dry fruity ending. Decent stuff. (Shared at Bakken rating session with Finn, djoeye and lmojoh, Hamna 10.09.2020).

Solsletta 200719. Golden-orange color with a white head. Aroma is yeast, oranges. Flavor is yeast, oranges, funk, kveik, bread, sugar, farmhouse. Interesting beer.

Flavour is tart yeasty notes, with hay and juniper, as well as earthy minerals.

Can from Gulating. Hazy golden body with a stable, medium sized white head. Aroma has malt, fruit, yeast, bred and juniper. Flavor is much the same with a faint hint of smoke and low bitterness. Feels a bit odd just the first sips but ends quite nice and refreshing. The flavor seems to be more in balance about half way down the can and I’m really enjoying this beer even if it feels a bit undefined.

Interesting stuff. Never really sure what to expect with kveik, and in a raw ale it's even more unknown. In this case it was very light, with a nice bitterness. Some funkyness from the kveik, fairly malty and light juniper. Very refreshing.
