A session pale influenced by the recent trend for hazy pales and IPAs. This beer is bursting with fruity aroma, while low-to-no bitterness allows the hop character to shine. Full bodied with a soft mouthfeel, it’s the perfect introduction to craft beer.

Pale malt, Wheat and Oats provide the base. Carapils added for body. Citra and Amarillo hops in the whirlpool. Dry hopped with Citra, Cascade and Simcoe. Fermented with a Vermont Ale yeast strain.

Sample at SBWF 2018. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of hops, mango and citrus. The same in the taste. The finish was on the dry side.

33cl bottle from Beer 52 (August). A hazy amber pour with a billowing cream head; big grapefruit aroma; but rather watery in the mouth with a weak tropical fruit taste and a light grassy bitterness. Pleasantly refreshing, but nothing more.

Bottle from Beer52, which has it as a 4.8%. hazy golden, thin white head. Light, grassy citrus aroma. Taste doesn't have an awful lot to it. Dry, hoppy citrus in the taste and a sharp finish. Not anything special but it's a crisp, hoppy beer and it goes down very easy.

Keg at Craft Islington. It pours hazy orange with a thick white head. The aroma is fresh, clean, bright zingy, apricot, peach, orange creamsicle and doughy malts. The taste is dry, clean, orange apricot, peach, orange creamsicle, grass, peppery spice, wood and leaf with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Decent hoppy session stuff.
