Can from Voldby. Small head with short duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich cake, caramel, fruits, roast malt, chocolate and hops. Sweet and roasty finish.

Aus der Dose (bbe 25.01.2023) im 2022-03 getrunken. Dieses Stout kommt einem deutlichen Schokoladen-/Karamell-/Pralinen-Aroma daher was durch ein Südfrucht-Marmeladen-Aroma abgerudet wird. Die Mango ist aber nicht deutlich erkennbar. Die Süße hält sich hinter den recht hochprozentigen Schokoladennote für ein Dessert in A Can-Stout noch zurück. Sicher eine interessante Aroma-Kombination allerdings halte ich ein Südfrucht/Mango-Aroma, wie dieses hier, für nicht harmonisch für ein Schokoladen-Pasty Stout. Dennoch ein tolles Stout mit hervoragenen Körper bzw. ausgewogenen Alkoholgehalt.

Pours black, small tanned head. Scent is roast chocolate, sweet and fruity. Mildly soapy by the combo. Taste is sweet. Fruityness is very intense, it even overpowers the roast and chocolate. Hardly natural, in case you're not to familiar with the series. Not my thing, though it's not bad either.

Black with a light brown head. Aroma of sweet tropical fruits, chocolate and vanilla senes. Sweet with a good tropical fruit and chocolate end. Fantastic mix of aromas. 1 yr anerversary with wife. 31.08.20
