For this series of Culinary Concepts, we were once again delighted to welcome back Temple Coffee & Donuts; the brewery’s favourite sugar and caffeine emporium! This time around however we felt we needed to brew something a little different, something a little darker to compliment the onset of the winter months.
To match one of Temple’s festive delights we decided to create a beer with a sweet, doughy body constructed from a generous helping of oats, wheat, and barley for a well-rounded creamy mouthfeel. Finally, we designed the beer to linger on a big hit of cranberry, almond, and dark chocolate to finish off in style!

Keg @ HoG. Pours a mucky dark brown, bubbly off white topping. Strong whiffs of coffee. Taste seems to be coffee-lead with a lactose edge, additional chocolate ice cream and smooth malts. Nice.

Keg @ Northern Monk Refectory, Manchester. Black-brown with a small head. Has a sticky-sweetnesss and pleasantly inoffensive roasted malts. It's very easy drinking for it.
