0,75l from bottle at home shard by Sander, big thanks. dark red color, small pink head. smells sour cherries, wood, marzipan, cherry skin, some grapes. lovely intense smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes of sour cherries, marzipan, vanilla, wood, spices, herbal, some tannins, red wine. finishes lightly sour with medium bitter with notes of sour cherries, tannins and some herbal notes. nice stuff, for me almost a touch too bitter from the wine barrel, overall very nice one though, lovely sour cherry notes. 8, 4, 8, 4, 17

750 ml bottle, bottled Feb 2020, shared by Sander, thanks! Deep ruby body, with a big, creamy, pink head. Aroma of smooth, sweet cherry, almond, red wine, some wood, some dark berries. Tastes quite similar, with more tart cherry notes, more tannins. Medium, slick mouthfee, with an average carbonation. Finishes perfect, dry, tannic, vinous, wooden, with smooth cherry, red wine, dark berries, dark grapes. Tasty! Drinks like an elegant red wine, with a cherry twist. The cherries are really smooth, eespecially in the nose, while the taste has lovely tannic notes. Beautiful, balanced stuff! Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 5 / 17

750ml bottle. Smooth, funky and tart with some sourness, intense dark cherries, some wood, oak, farmyard and earthiness. Pretty nicely balanced and tasty. Good stuff.
