Bottle. Lightly unclear, golden in color and with a small, off-white head. The aroma has some sulphury notes, along with pale malts and a generic fruityness. The flavor has fruityness dominating, some bitterness shows up towards the end, and there’s also pale malts, grass and some bitterness. Quite uninteresting, and I don’t care much for the aroma, but it’s at least drinkable. 120217

Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt, as well as hints of minerals. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, minerals, and a bit of hops, leading to a bitter finish.

28/06/2011 50cl can @ home - BB: 2/3/2012 (2011-288) Thanks to Johnny for the can!

Cloudy amber beer, white creamy head, dissipates immediately, bit adhesive. Aroma: malts and musses (yes, wtf!). MF: ok carbon, light body, watery texture. Taste: citrus notes, faint hops, dirty, stale. Aftertaste: citrus, medicinal bitterness. I does not like at all...

(swing top bottle, 33cl) Hazy, orange colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Sweet and yeasty malty aroma with a grainy and apricot-fruity touch, accompanied by shy floral and herbal hoppy notes. Sweet flavour, yeasty and grainy, also subtle fruity taste, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderately dry, yeasty and slightly hoppy finish. Smells pretty good, the rest is rather average. 24.X.07

Bügelverschlußflasche (thanks to quack-duck !): Sweet-malty and yeasty nose with a fruity (peaches) touch and a shy hoppy nose; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, soft MF, light bodied; fruity-malty and slightly bitter finish with a touch of yeast in the aftertaste. A very good beer, by swiss standards...........

Amber colour, watery aroma, watery flavour, some hazelnut towards the finish but that's all. A disappointment.
