On tap at the red lion Doncaster. Medium creamy white head. Clear golden pour. Lacks the bitterness of a true IPA. Blackcurrant aftertaste. Interesting. Needs more hops though

Cask. Gravity dispense. Barrow Hill jamboree. Clear gold. White head. Had this before, but obviously never raked it. Anyhoo, it’s clear gold. Thin, white head. All sweet grain on the nose. Some citrus if you look for it. Taste is sweet, with a light bitterness. Finishes much the same.

Cask at the Rail Ale Festival Chesterfield, 2016. Poured a clear light amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grassy hop yeast, citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter with a big fruity grass hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask at Rail Ale ’16, 20/05/16. Clear golden amber with a decent off white head that retains well. Nose is pale malt, soft bread, citric peel, light hop notes. Taste comprises bready malts, straw, lemon rind, orange peel, light mineral whisper. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. So so for style, easy drinker but lacks hop bite and the flavours I crave from an IPA.

Cask @ Barum Top Inn, Halifax. Golden with a creamy head. Its strength gives its tropical fruits a deeper and flavoursome character. There’s a good aroma in this respect with a berry-sweetness, and it’s crisp enough.

Cask gravity at Reading Beer Festival 2015. Clear amber colour lasting white head. Some citrus hop on the aroma. More of the same in the mouth with some marmalade flavour. It’s a decent strongish golden ale on the apa border. OK.

On cask at British Oak, Mosborough - 24 Carrot - Nice clear yellow body, thick lasting and lacing white foam. Nose is delicate forest fruits, a bit spicy, but not as citric as some IPAs. Taste is clean, bittersweet, lots of fruit, very pleasant. Mouthfeel nice and creamy, nice long finish.
