Bottle, 2020, no 105 of 244. Color: Clear golden, thin white head. Aroma: Sweet and tart, fruity notes of yellow fruit and very present floral notes. Taste: Over moderate tart, moderate sweet, very fruity quine pear and floral chamomile. Earthy, herbal / spicy notes of Goldenrod. Funky hints, oak wood. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Very light bitterness. Medium body, low carbonation. Long lasting floral and fruity finish. Bit puckering sour. Ok.

Bottle 197 of 244. Golden color. Oak, plastic and quince in the soft vinous aroma. Sweetish, slightly soured flavor, vinous with quince, oak and a hint of plastic. Odd flavors, but a good beer.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Slight Hazy golden with small white head. Indeed a lot of quince, flowery, light funk, herbs, a hint of lemon and glue, a hint of vinegar. Mediur sour, light sweet and quite light bitter. Medium bodied with slight doughy feel and low carbonation. It's OK, but a little too rough with the glue notes.

Fairly hazy golden with a small off white head. Aroma of vinous notes, citrus, oak, light funk and glue. Not that I would sniff glue, but sometimes you can’t help but get a whiff. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Deep unclear golden with not much head. Sour, grainy, fruity, floral, herbal. Funky mostly at the floral level, bit sharp sour. Bit sickly herbal. Intense and a bit odd and unique but definately tasty. Slow sipper though. Medium body, minerallike, bit low on carbonation.
