(Draught at Gollem Craft Beer, Amsterdam, 25 Aug 2022) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with citrus, peaches and tropical fruit. Fruity, tart taste with notes of citrus, pineapple, passion-fruit, peaches, grass and a dry and tart finish with low bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Tart, tasty and refreshing. Nice one.

Pours deep golden, hazy, and a small white head with some retention. Aroma's: sourish, wheaty, Berliner Weisse style, tropical fruity, jam. Retronasal its's sourish, sweetish, tropical fruit/citrus. Flavour is moderate sour, fruity with a sweetish touch, and citrus zest. Light bodied. Quite nice and refreshing.

Yellow colour with light haze and fluffy head. Aroma and flavour have a lemony, citric sourness. Pink grapefruit too.

Van tap bij Proeflokaal de Boom in Alkmaar. Fris zuur, Berliner weisse-achtig, grapefruit, mango, hoptonen, redelijk zacht. (29-8-2020).

Hazy pale yellow colour, huge foamy white head, lasting for a while before dissipating completely, patchy lacing. Sour aroma, lemon, mago, gooseberries, lactose. Taste sweet and sour, lemon, mango, orange peel, bit vinegar. Medium body, sticky texture, soft carbonation, lingering sweet and sour aftertaste, bitter touch, orange peel, very refreshing, very nice.
