Fully hazy reddish ochre-brown beer with a small ochre rim. Fruity, red fruit, lactic acid, mild barnyard, bit of camphor. Sour-lemony flavour, fruity, dried fruit, lactic acid, hint at acetic acid, wild yeasts, complex esters. Fruit eventually turns out as plums, prunes indeed. Again some barnyard. Light; acidthinning. Excellent light sour. As expected.

Sourish smooth beginning. Easy to drink, lots of sour plums with woody oak. Long mild-sour aftertaste, very fruity with nice ripe but sour plums in the aftertaste, wood in the back. Nice.

Süffiger säuerlicher Beginn mit Noten von Mandarinen und Pflaumen. Dabei immer wieder nach Weihnachtsgewürzen, was aber hinter den Fruchtnoten zurückbleibt. Spritzig, etwas trocken, langer, fein säuerlicher Nachgeschmack. 10/11/12/10/9/11

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Murky dull amber with bubbly beige head. Doesn't look to good to be honest. Sour grains, aromatic herbs with some mint and basil, peach, plums, flowery, dank cellar funk. Almost medium sour. Over medium bodied. Lovely beer, just doesn't look good.
