Probably coming from the Andaluz, Prélaz, Lausanne. Best before 03/23, right time to try this beverage, expecting something worst, honest lager with a right note of rhum, giving a toffee, vanilla and sweet note, a bit woody, regular bitterness, 13.11.23, at Epalinges.

clear dark amber colour, half inch of creamy beige-ish ecru head; aroma of unripe plum, cherry, rhum, raisins soaked into alcohol, woody, apple peel, canned apple and burnt sugary notes; taste has the same notes as can be felt in the aroma with the rhum being in the front; not bad, though a bit less-bodied for this alcoholic taste (though the ABV is not that high as it feels); not bad

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear amber with a small, rough, off-white head. Some rum in the nose, but also sme gluey notes from an unfresh barrel. Medium body, some slight caramel sweetness before heavy rum, oak and tannin notes. Bitter, astringent finish. The base beer is simply too weak for the barrel treatment. 060324

Floja

Clear yellow, small white head.aroma is mild, wood, dough, malts, rum. Milld but pretty well balanced and blended woody malty aroma. Flavor resembles aroma. Mild caramelly base, fainter woody bitter note. Very smooth flavor, mostly caramelly bbut eith malty notes also and hint of wood in the end

33 cl bottle from Alcampo La Dehesa, Alcalá de Henares. It pours a copperish golden with a grayish head that leaves a thin layer on top. Aroma is rather sweet: molasses, caramel, candy, char. Taste is not too sweet, even though it isn't too dry either. Medium to full-bodied, lacking enough crispness (this renders it slightly heavy and not easy-drinking.) Short-lived aftertaste.
