From tap at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam. Notes of tart apple, black tea with a subtle smokey and herbal touch. Picking up some lemon. Tart and mild sour flavour. Medium body. Interesting and tasty!

From tap at BeerGeek Bar, Prague, 18.08.24. Translucent orange straw colour. Some white head. Superb aroma and taste of acid orange marmalade and brett acidity. Good, but perhaps not very complex. The Oolong tea is well hidden. Dry, acid and astringent mouthfeel.

Spritziger, weich säuerlicher Beginn. Trocken, Noten von Tee, kräutrig, etwas Zitrus. Weiche trockene Säure, komplex, etwas Brett. Rund, intensiv, zunehmend trocken, weiter kräutrig. Langer würziger Abgang. 10/12/12/13//13

Draft @ Beergium.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is tart wood, some earth, tea leafs and mild earthy tones. Flavour is herbal, some tart wood, very dry palate with some more wooden tones. Clean and nice sour beer. None of the modern day bullshit sour tart.

Beer-in-a-bag at Beertime.pub. No carbonation, thin body. Very nice balance of med-light sourness and tartness, funky barnyard character, classic Beersel. The tea comes mostly in the finish for me, and lightly at that. Overall quite nice though, fine beer.

Draught @ Tuulensuu Aroma has earthy notes and grapefruit. Flavour has grapefruit, earthy tokes and some odd musty floury tome which must be the oolong. Good and perky lambic, the tea doesn't bring that much to the table.
Bag in box @Drakkar, Madrid. 12/02/2022. Color amarillo oscuro sin espuma, aromas herbales, sabor herbal, ácida, cuerpo ligero.

Taster at BEERTIME.pub. Cloudy, gold ochre colored. AROMA- lambic, apricot, peach, leather, funky, herbal. FLAVOR- quite sour, a bit tart, sea buckthorn, apricot, a bit funky, leather. No significant sign of tea. Medium bodied. Tasty.

Clear gold with a small white head. Nice lambic funk. Bit bland, not sure the oolong makes a impact and the lambic is drinkable but not complex.
