500ml bottle, labelled as 6.1% abv. Okay foam on a deep ruby-copper body, mostly clear. The aroma is nice deep biscuit with acidic malt on there, good for an oud bruin. Flavour is nice acidic malt with a bit of a deep coconut twist that elevates it. Really good, mouthfeel is full. I don't think I've seen an oud bruin with coconut added and it actually works quite well. Well done.

500mL bottle, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out tart dark cherries, balsamic vinegar, and oak. Flavour is woody, with lots of balsamic vinegar, wood, and moderately tart cherries. Tart, fruity and vinegary. Nicely done.

Bottle from Legacy. Ruddy brown colour, thin head. On the nose, lots of wood, maybe some pedio kind of messing with the sournote, not much cherry. There's more cherry on the palate, a cherry juice sweetness balancing out an oaky beer, with a moderate tartness. It's got some acedic to it, and there's a subtle complexity worth appreciating. It's amazing to think that this style was impossible for North American brewers 20 years ago, now there's so much variety of it out there, and all with their own unique twists.

Deep dark copper with a decent beige head. Dark malts and cherry with wood and light cinnamon. Cinnamon, graham cracker and a nice malt. Not very tart.
