Sweet malt, light fruit and grain on the nose. Same in the taste, with a hint of smoke and some floral hops. medium body and richness.

473mL can. Pours almost clear gold with small white head. Aroma sweet biscuit malts, maybe some straw. Flavour has some floral notes, straw, dense malts; alcohol is quite distinct. Slightly bitter finish curtails the sweetness. Feels a bit clumsy, dominated by thick malts, but for a 7% pilsner I assume this could be done much worse.

Tap @ the brewery. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are grass, malt, alcohol and little sugar. Sweet malty finish.
A golden pils with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, grainy biscuit malt with grassy hops, light metallic notes, light cereals, OK. On tap at brewery

Decent foamy head and clear gold body. Aroma of floral hops. Flavour is soft perfume and just a hint of malt. Could use a bit more strength on the mouth. Pretty much by the numbers here, though the 7% is very well hidden.

Hazy medium amber with a small white head. Nose is toffee with some light floral hops. Medium- sweetness with a well balanced accompanying light bitterness. Medium+ creamy mouth with average carbonation. Alcohol is well integrated.

Purchased at NB Liquor on my trip to the east coast. Pours a hazy golden-amber colour with a creamy off-white cap, decent retention and some good lacing. Grainy nose with some caramel, so not too pils-like. The taste is where this comes out with the Euro grass hops. Covers the grain. Not sure about the Impy Pilsner style with the look and aromas, but a good brew nonetheless.

Bottle from The Met Liquor Store, New Westminster, BC
Cloudy deep blond color, with orange reflex and with generous and persistent head. The aroma is very nice, earthy, with some manure, a British promise, followed by zesty coriander, of Belgian memory. It has a good body; some malt flavor and very light cereals, but missing some more interesting character; bold hopping, not spectacular but at least delivering some pale citrusy emotion. The final is long and bitter, but also simple.
If only they could translate some of the aromatic components all along the perception angles of this beer..

Gold, lasting white head.Strong diacetyl nose.Light diacetyl in taste, gassy malt mid.Big lasting hop finish. This much diacetyl is inappropriate for the style
