Black, beige head. aroma has milk choc, roast, coffee and caramel. Sweet flavour, choc, coffee and a little licorice. Bitter and roasted finish.

Bottle at the December Ratebeer DC Tasting. Poured a dark amber color with a small tan head. Aroma was roasted notes, coffee roast, coffee booze. Roasted, chocolate.

Black with a tiny beige head. Aroma of coffee, roast, dark chocolate, caramel and toffee. Flavour is above moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

12oz bottle pours a clear amber brown with some grey head. Chocolate nose, booze, Kahlua, malt. Flavor has the booze and chocolate, like a boozy chocolate you get from a moderately priced holiday box, coffee too. Finishes basically dry.

From a bottle at the Dec 7 RB gathering courtesy of solidfunk. Pours a clear cola with an off white head. Aromas of cocoa. Flavors are sweet chocolate milk.

Lots of coffee in this. Roast and some dark chocolate. Pretty decent balance. Black pour with good head and lacing. Bitter end. Bottle.

330mL bottle at The Fat Cow, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out licorice, toasted malt, and some red fruits. Flavour brings out red fruits, licorice and light toasted malt. Unusual and light for an imperial stout, but with a sticky body. Weird, but pleasant.

Tap at Changwon Express, Bangkok. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a frothy off white head. The aroma is smoky roast malt, light chocolate. The flavour is moderate liqourice bitter with a rich dry , lightly oily, roasty light floral hop bitter palate and a lingering alcoholic bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
