On tap at Moeder Lambic. Pours a murky yellow with large creamy white head. The aroma is melon, dank, pineapple, papaya. Thin body, pineapple, melon, grass, light bitterness, good

14/VIII/21 - on tap @ La Source brewery (Brussels), BB: n/a (2021-798) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!

Cloudy pale blond to pale yellow beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: oh wow, amazing stuff, very fruity, overdose of tropical fruit, super intense, very aromatic, love it! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: solid dry bitterness up front, lots of citrus, hoppy, grapefruit, very bitter, almost medicinal but in a good way, like it! Aftertaste: dry, lots of grapefruit, citrus, very bitter, medicinal, resinous, very hoppy, citrus notes, good stuff!

33cl, BB 22/06/2021.
Note rappelant d'aneth.

Huge, dense, just yellowish head, irregular over fully hazy pale yellow beer. Forceful hops' nose; citrus, exotic fruit (passion, grapefruit, lunaria...) without the head would be probably even more intense. Head is very bitter, beer is light, bit indifferently bitter. Fruitesters only retronasal and in the finish. Again lots of citrus. Light, refreshing, good carbonation. Hmmmyesss. OK. Serves its purpose.
