fajna kolaboracja pewnie Zwolenski Mariensztadt dal te wedzone sliweczki, sa obecne, ale aromat jakos taki ulotny, tej wedzonki nie za wiele, porownywalnie jak w wiekszosci piw grodziskich. Jest fajna piana, barwa czerwona, rubinowa do ciemno kasztanowej. Piana spora i trwala bardzo, ale na szczescie nie wypadla ze szkla Nestville Beer. Fajne do sera, do roznych dan miesnych, no i co wazne alko ukryte, niczym prawie jak te niesmiale sliwusie.

The thirteenth of twenty beers for our 10th wedding anniversary. Ajrín's. Bottle 0.33l, two and half years aged. Lightly cloudy, copper colored. AROMA- pleasantly smoky, sweet fruity, lots of plums, dark grapes, strawberries. FLAVOR- smooth, slightly sweet, lightly bitter, strawberry, plum, lightly smoky, cherry, red currant. Medium to fuller bodied. Very good.

Butelka 33cl. Wędzona śliwka dominuje piwo, gdzieś dalej przyjemne owoce, fajna treściwość, lekkość w odbiorze choć trochę przegazowane, niemniej bardzo smaczne.

Bottle from Geers. Hazy dark brown, big, frothy, tan head. Aroma of dried fig, ripe plum, wet tobacco, pear syrup, brioche, hard caramel, sugared peanut, green tea, bacon. Taste has very sweet candied fig, plum & pear, bit phenolic in a caramelly, brioche-like malty body with constant smoky accents, not very meaty, slightly herbal. Woody-smoky, herbal hoppy finish, lingering dried fruit, stewed plum, tobacco leaves & warming brandy alcohol. Medium body, syrupy texture, average carbonation. Nice combination of flavours and well executed, would gladly have it again.

Clear purple red to chestnut brown beer, creamy beige head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: smoky, dried fruits, malty, grains, bread notes, soft roast, some smoke. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: soft smoky touch, bit sweet, fruity, raisins, dried fruits, soft acidity, very drinkable, little bitter, hint of coffee. Aftertaste: more smoke, pretty bitter, slightly fruity, rather dry finish, bit oxidized.
