Bottle picked up from the brewery in Mittenwald and consumed at home, Sunday 19th July 2020 cooking a Tagine and Tuna Fish Samosas, listening Explosions in the Sky and David Wingo - Prince Avalanche. Pours light gold, good clarity, white head, looks great. Light, soft mouthfeel, good carbonation. Pleasant light maltiness, quite dry finish, some grapeskin and citrus in the mouth.

Flaske #5, Tak Dr. Bock. clear golden, big bubbles, offwhite cream. Citrusskin, herbs and kiwi nose. Lightly oxidized hops on the palate, cream cheese, aromatics, light berries. Kiwi cake finish.

Bottle from pivnizub! Yellow with small white head and lovely, promising hoppy aroma. Medium bodied with a good malty base and a nice hoppy flavour, slightly fruity and resiny.

Flascherl: Golden, a bit unclear, visible carbonation, quickly collapsing loose white head, sweetish grainy-dusty nose with malty spots and hardly detectable floral hops; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, nearly medium bodied, but a bit fizzy; lingering and slightly drier malty and fruity-hoppy finish. Pleasant sip...
