17th Aug 2020; Shrewsbury Monthly Gathering in Chez Sophie (only four of us this time). Thanks Mike for this 750ml bottle. Poured a reddy purple with a wispy pink head. Raspberry and blackberry aroma and taste, but also dirty nappies, amonia and acidic notes within the flavours and nose. Dry finish to this sour-puss.

75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, August 2020. Thanks Mike for this. Hazed deep purple, short-lasting off-white head. Aroma presents some gentle blackcurrants, not too vibrant. Overall character seems a little subdued in terms of blackcurrants, lightly plummy, pleasantly sour, tart, a little salty perhaps but generally a little thin and dry on the finish. Ok.

From tap at Bierproeflokaal In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, when my flight was cancelled because of a fire at Stavanger Airport 07.01.20. Red. Diminishing pink head. Taste of red berries and pure sureness. Crisp and acid mouthfeel. Not very complex.
