DIPA with Double Dry Hopping brewed with La Quince, craft brewers of reference in Madrid. Orange with some turbidity and creamy, persistent foam. In mouth it has a silkiness and creaminess provided by wheat and oats that blend perfectly with a warm sensation in mouth brought by its medium-high graduation. In aroma and taste we find notes of pineapple and grapefruit contributed by the amounts of Eukanot and Mosaic hops.

Can. Just a very light haze on this gold beer, a few white bubbles here and there. Light and fairly dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Thin malts, sweetish. Thin and slightly bitterish citric hops. The added quince brings another dimension but also a bitterish one. Light pine. Dry finish. Lacks a sweet spot to bring it all together.

Can. Cloudy orange. Pineapple, peach and floral notes in the aroma. Malty sweet, floral hopbitter flavor with peach, citrus and pineapple. Slightly perfumed. Drinkable.
