Brewery draught, 10/7/23. Moderately hazy, sunny-copper-orange. Big, off-white head, moderate retention. Hoppy nose with orange puree, wood, pine and crackery grains. Somewhat muted flavors, either from suspended sediment or Centennial hops, or some combination. Very bitter, lots of pine, not overly resinous, with plentiful citrus and crackery grains.

Tap at EBF, Boston. Color is slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, citrus, grain, hops and malts. Pretty tight.

At the source: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is fruity, some citrus and tropical fruit and a distinct lager note. Taste is somewhat bitter. There are plenty pf fruity notes. Very drinkable.

Growler thanks to Seth. Pours a cloudy orange with small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong tropical fruit, pine, citrus. Medium body, juicy hop, tropical fruit, light bitterness, very nice.

4 oz. draft, Copenhagen Brewfest, Boston. The aroma is fantastic! Bold citrus, herbal hops, notes of grass, lemon peel.

The base Hoponius Union is here with the light and crisp body. The abundant dry hopping carries into the flavor with big citrus and grassy notes. Very nicely crafted. I could drink large quantities of this beer. I feel like I need to take another trip to this brewery after sampling this.

Pours slightly hazed gold into a stein. Bright white head with medium retention turns soapy as it recedes leaving gloppy lacing. mango and pineapple aromas. Crisp with soapy lemon joy upfront turning to grapefruit peel and pith in the dry lasting finish.
