Bottle thanks to George. Pours a dark ruby brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is cherry skin, dark fruit, and oak. Thin mouth with flavors similar to nose, great sourness throughout, light dry finish, very nice.

Sample from 65 cl. bottle. Dark amber colour with a thin, lightly tanned head. Sour aroma with lemons, dark fruits, yeasts, cherries, acetone. Taste is sour. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes sour with cherries, dark fruits and a wooden note. Lovely sour.

Bottle 65 cl. Pours a clear, nutty brown with an orange hue and a small, beige head. Lovely aroma, heavy acetone and balsamico. Medium body, dried, overripe dark fruits, noble rot, again a lot of tart balsamico. Tartness kinda grows but still beautifully balanced. Very well done. 081114

Bottle shared by bigade182: Poured a reddish brown with a tan color head. Nose is very pungent sour. Taste is a mix of tobacco, raisins, and cherry; still sour but not over powering as some.
