(Bottle) Reddish amber colour, slightly hazy, with lasting beige head. Malty, fruity nose with caramel, dark bread, dried fruit, raisins, apricots, toffee and hints of oak wood. Malty taste with notes of caramel, crisp-bread, dried fruit, raisins, oak wood, hints of tequila and a mild spicy bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced with a gentle wood character. Nice one.

Trevlig.

750ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, dark amber colour with small to average, thick, creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, sulphureous head. Woody, oaky, and caramel malty aroma with a vanilla touch, hints of toffee. Taste is dry, woody, oaky, caramel malty, minimally smoky, citrusy hoppy overtones, hints of toffee, some lemon; not really harmonious. Dangerously highly drinkable and (seemingly) light Doppelbock.

Bottled. Amber colour with a mediumsized off-white creamy head, that leaves lace. Aroma is sweet malts, some mild bready and ryelike notes as well as quite strong wood and mild alcohol to it as well. Flavour is quite similar, but also has a nice mellow bitterness, caramel and some rum notes to it.

Bottle split at CCii, thanks to the Wingmane, 05/03/16. Clear orange amber with a decent off white covering. Nose is sweet malt, caramel, fruit cake, light booze suggestion. Taste comprises fruit loaf, toasted malt, noble hop notes, light wooded tones, caramel. Medium + bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a little boost. Decent enough for style if a little harsh at times.
