500ml can 99p from local shop. Pale yellow colour, white foam head tgat dissipates to a thon layer and aroma of crude oil & sulphur. Taste is sweet, sugary, artificial sweeteners, with just a very slight hint of apple flavouring. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, sweet drying fruit-like finish. Quite bad.

Big fucken can of piss titled "Black Ace". Not sure if this is the correct entry. Thanks Leighton. 99p special. Supposedly dry but this has a fair amount of sweetness. Pretty clean, not full of fusels like some tramp ciders. A little spice.

Can. Clear, and a very pale yellow colour, with a very small carbonation. The apple aroma and taste is there but it’s very average, although it’s strength is a plus as it gives it a good body.

Can. Pale yellow colour. No apple presnet in aroma. Strange synthetic flavor. Almost no apple. Short finish. Watery palate. Rubbish.

Can at home with Lyoli. Ok, this beer is interesting. Pours clear, barely faint yellow with some modest carbonation. Aroma is funky vinegar, chemicals and underripe green apples. Flavor is lots of green apples, not ripe, with some white sugar, chemistry, wool socks and leather. Light to medium in body with lively carbonation. Sweet finish, with more of the green apples, funky vinegar and some good boozy warmth. Obviously this is not a great drink, and from a quality standpoint I might give it a 2. But I do like touches of vinegar in my cider, and this one also is not cloyingly sweet. And the crunk value (7.5%abv for 79p) is off the charts. Not for the faint of heart, just the faint of cash.
