The third instalment of our 3-Hop series sees a return to America, using Citra, Eureka and Bullion hops. Eureka is a new experimental hop that, with the help of Citra, will create a lot of juicy tropical aromas. Look for refreshing flavours of grapefruit and lychee.

(Cask at Craft Beer Co Clerkenwell, London, 27 Nov 2015) Pale amber colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of apricots, orange, tropical fruit and a touch of toast. Malty, fruity taste with apricots, orange, tropical fruit, soft malt and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and fresh. Quite nice.

Cask at CBC, Clerkenwell on 27th November 2015. Slightly hazy gold with thin lasting white foam and scant lacing. Hoppy aroma with some delicate pungent yeasts. Grassy, herby and fruity in-mouth, rounded by malt. A grassy hop dominates the finish, along with some fruity tanginess. Light mouthfeel and medium body.
