Keg at the bottle shop. A pitch black brown coloured pour with a fine dark tan head. Aroma is tangy, dark choc, Cherry, vanilla, hint of marzipan, slightly musty. Flavour is composed of tangy raspberry ripple, rich bitter dark choc, tangy sour, cherry, little vanilla. Hides the abv very well. Palate is medium bodied, with a tangy sour finish, slight bitter finish. Absolutely delicious.

Sampled from tap at ’In de Wildeman’ during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016. Very dark reddish brown to black with a beige head. Sweetish, slightly roasty and quite fruity aroma of chocolate, some coffee, sour cherries and some licorice. Sweetish, slightly roasty and quite fruity taste of dark chocolate, coffee, sour cherries and some licorice, followed by a medium long, slightly roasty and rather tart finish. Medium body, moderately astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Draft at brett fest, as Claussenni Cherry Lees. Aroma of roasted malt and chocolate. Flavor of smooth roasted malt, chocalate, coffee and soft subtle tart. No bourbon though.
