9.6%. From tap. Pours dark brown to black with a small off white head. Smooth malty, caramelish and bourbon. Light fruity. Lingering fruity. Slight citric. Caramelish and toasted malty finish.

Tap @ In De Wildeman, very tiny sample, thanks to Susette. Dark color (not quite black) Dense beige head. Aroma’s of caramel, woody, vinous. Retronasal it’s sweet, woody, soysauce, vinous, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet, roasted, moderate bitter. Medium bodied. Needs a full retry.

On tap at The Bottle Shop Bermondsey. Dark brown black colour lasting tan head. aroma of wood sour cherry chocolate tar. Mouth has more of the same but more cherry comes through. Finish has a warming dark cherry chocolate liquer quality to it. Pretty good flavours. Warming no doubt. Fruit is integrated well. Good.
