Amber with a lasting off-white head. Strong citrus hop aroma with grapefruit and tangerine along with pine. Dry and hoppy flavour with lots of citrus. I don’t sense much weizen character, but there is a nice background of of malt

Bottle @ VinensVerden, Odense. Pours dark unclear amber orange with a creamy lasting white head and lacings. Nose is citrus hops, bread and caramel. Some sweet malts and a heavy herbal, grassy and floral hoppyness. Full bodied. A bit sticky. Long lasting hoppy end. Its nice... and hoppy.

On tap at Borefts BF 09. Like a good IPA with a bit more body from the wheat. Hazy brown colour. Good hops. Really drinkable with sherberty hop. Lovely.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy deep amber with a creamy and lacing beige head with excellent retention. Very fresh and floral hop aroma - some peaches also. Medium body, very dry and fruity - almost perfumy. Considering who’s behind this it’s not surprising that this is simply a showcase for an amazing and quite wonderful hoppiness. Also ends dry and hoppy and very fresh. Yum, but a German expecting a traditional Weizen Bock would probably get a heart attack fom this! 121109

Tap @ Borefts Beer Festival 2009. Hazy dark golden - reddish colour. Aroma is hoppy and grapefruit. Flavour dry, malty and bitter. Fairly bitter finish. Odd, but well drinkable.

Bottle from De Molen, Bodegraven, 30-10-09 consumed 08-11-09 Pours puddle brown, really murky peeling away to the colour of a caramac bar at the edges with a thin rim of off white bubbles on top. Aroma is fresh green hops. The taste is very hoppy, really fresh green hops, a bit rough and harsh at times though Loz likes this more than me, leaves one to do some very hoppy burps. It’s tasty, wheaty, and a little bozzy at times, touch one dimensional for me, but like I said a winner for Loz. A6 A3 F6 P4 Ov12 3.1

Tap @ 1st BBF, De Molen. Amber color, clear. Soapy aroma with raspberry notes. Soapy yeasty flavor with lots of earthy and oily hops and a hint of red berries and raspberry. Citric tartness and yeast. Some soap and yeast in the aftertaste. The description might not be flatterous, but this beer seriously grows on you.
