(Draught at Mother Kelly's Taproom, Bethnal Green, London, 24 Nov 2017) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, spicy nose with bread, grass, hay, citrus and spicy hops. Malty, slightly fruity taste with notes of bread, grain, grass, hay, some citrus and a mild spicy, citric bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Fresh and well made saison. Nice one.

Keg at Hop Locker - London. Pours hazy yellow-gold with a big, frothy white head. The aroma holds wheat flakes, lemon peel, straw. Light sweet flavour with mellow bitterness, some hay, more flaked wheat, touches of dough, melon, meringue. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Clean finish, with further dry wheat bread, mellow citrus notes. Nice saison.

Keg at Mother Kelly's SE1. It pours hazy yellow - gold with a massive white head. The aroma is earthy, cereal, hay, nougat, grassy, warming spice, peppery, bread and rye crackers. The taste is crisp, dry, hit of tartness initially, white grape, maybe gooseberry, then it's very malty, bready, dough, cereal, hay, spice, earth and tonic water with a dry, bready finish. On the lighter end of medium with a high, foamy carbonation. Decent bready saison.

Keg at MK BG, 13/09/17. Very lightly hazed golden orange with an off white head that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is bubble gum, spice, nana chews, clove, peppery esters. Taste comprises stale bread, Belgian yeast esters, white peppery spice, clove, banana, light candy fruits, grains, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Ok.

Keg at mother Kelly's. A hazed yellow straw coloured pour with no head. Aroma is earthy grains, straw, grassy and hay. Palate is slightly tangy, grainy, moderate carbonation. Flavour is composed of tangy earthy grains, grassy lemon, grainstore, hint of apple. Not bad.
Really vibrant punchy notes with a nice gentle ryeness. Clean. Easy-quaffing.
