Rich and smooth, with big vanilla lead and subtle chocolate undertones. A homage to the ice cream flavour that inspired it.

Keg at the lab. A mostly clear golden orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is semi sweet, apple pie, fudge, dried fruits, nutty malts. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, apple curd, jammy fruits, nutty malts, caramel cream. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, moderate carbonation.. Not bad. No roast.

Draft at Eebria. A slightly murky pour and a quite amazing aroma of chocolate from the top of the glass. The taste was all about that chocolate and it was really quite amazing. And it was classy chocolate, Green & Blacks, not your cheap and cheerful stuff. This had a very rich mouthfeel and we were glad that we only had the one.

Sweet malty aroma. Orange amber. Slightly hazy. Thick creamy off-white head. Sweet. Vanilla. Malty base. Definite ice cream vibes. Medium bodied. Creamy. Average carbonation. Abrupt finish. Nice enough. Too sweet to session.

Keg at the Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours lightly hazed orange with a tight, creamy off-white head. The nose holds berries, meringue, vanilla, pale bread. Medium sweet flavour with some oily vanilla, bready malts, a little coffee perhaps. Medium bodied with fine tknaverage carnoantion. Moderate sweetness in the finish, more vanilla, bready pale malts, low bitterness, more meringue, white cake. Fun stuff.
