Bottle at home. It pours black with a small tan head. The nose is roasted malt, cocoa, coffee, aniseed and salted caramel. The taste is bitter, roasty, liquorice, caramel, toasty, coffee and some peppery spice with a dry, bitter finish. Light-medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Decent, quaffable stout all accords.
