A classic, American style pale ale.
Our Pride & Joy is pale, crisp, very hoppy and aromatic. Robust hop flavours are layered over a balanced malty backbone. Initially soft to the palate, Pride & Joy builds to a generous, but clean bitterness. Flavours and aromas of mango, citrus, earthy pine, tropical fruit & blueberry.

Superficial festival rating at Duggfrisk 2017. Unclear golden body with a nice white head. Very nice and fresh aroma of passion fruit, grapefruit and a hint of pine. Fine and fresh flavor as well, fruity like aroma, some sweet pale malt and pleasant balanced bitterness. Medium body and aftertaste. A nice, quite straight forward, well balanced, no fuzz american pale ale. Exactly just what you need sometimes.

Shared can at Mi2 at Cardinal 21.08.17. Hazy pale straw colour. Foamy white head and lacing. Aroma of mint, lychee, lemongrass and sorrel. Similar taste. Interesting and well-balanced.

330 ml can, unfiltered and unpasteurised, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.3%. Pale golden colour, large white head. Pleasant hoppy aroma of tropical fruits, especially mango. Slightly dry and distinctly fruity flavour (tropical fruits again), with a piney / resinous and medium bitter finish. Well balanced.

Can from the local Co-Op. Hazy floral citrus. Also cloves. Opaque light gold. Bubbly white head. Medium bitter. Extremely juicy. Citrus again - lime and grapefruit. Light-medium bodied. A tad watery. Initially lively through to a soft carbonation. Long dry finish. Very enjoyable on a muggy day.

Can from Tesco. Poured a slightly hazy straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is nettle grassy hop, citrus fruit. The flavour is moderate bitter with a fresh crisp, yeast, fruity light floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Unclear, deep golden colored, medium- off white frothy head. Aroma is of malt, some caramel, medium+ floral, citrus and some fruity hops. Taste is medium sweet malt, some caramel and bit biscuit, medium floral and citrus, bit fruity hops, some straw, medium bitterness, dry finish, some sharp harsh notes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, oily. Super aroma but the harshness it could do without...
