The juice masters at Other Half have provided the recipe for breweries across the world to cook up, with a portion of profits being donated to charities who are helping support the hospitality industry during Covid-19. Our chosen charity is Hospitality Action.
This beer is as accessible as the recipe itself, with extra pale malt and oats making an incredibly smooth body. Hop classics Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra and Cascade bring bright apricot and lime aroma, soft and creamy peach and lychee flavours and a thirst quenching balanced bitter fuzz to tie it all together.
We're incredibly proud and excited to be part in this amazing project. The All Together IPA has been brewed by 718 breweries from 51 different countries in a show of solidarity across the world. There is an inextricable link that binds everyone together in the hospitality industry: Brewers, waiters, bartenders, bussers, dishwashers, GMs, buyers, chefs, owners—we are all in this together. In this industry, when one of us struggles, the rest of us pick them up. It’s what we do.

440ml can, BBE expired last week. Hazy orange-gold pour, small white head, decent lacing. A fruity aroma, cross between tropical and stone fruits with a good malt and ABV background. Taste is peach, apricot, malts, citrus zest, moderate bitterness. This is very good stuff.

Can at home, 13th August 2020. Pours a hazy light straw orange colour. Aroma is orange sherbet. Taste is spikey pine and orange flower and zest, some bitterness in the finish and pithy linger. Good.

Light orange, rough white foam. Smells citrusy, bitter orange. Taste is pretty bitter for the series, in a resiny way, with a good amount of orange zest. Some general fruityness, but the bitter grapefruit of Amarillo clearly is up front. Fun take on AT.

Bottle picked up from Hoptimism, Website Loughborough Leicestershire. Consumed at a small former farm campsite, nr Miesbach (about 8km NE), Friday 24th July 2020. Pours yolky yellow, murky with a white head. Very soft mouthfeel, a little herbal, very good hoppiness, slightly juicy but dryish. Fruity but cannot decide what fruit. Good, in fact very good.
