0.33 l bottle from 'Schürmanns Genusswelten', best before January 2023. Clear, reddish amber with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish, moderately fruity-floral, a little grassy aroma of caramel, nuts, some sultanas and light honey. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly fruity-floral taste of caramel, honey, nuts and sultanas, followed by a short, gently bitter finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Solid.

Bottle. Danke Günther! Cloudy copper, sptritzy, solid offwhite head. Juicy malt, fruity yeast, citric hop nose. Medium light, slightly tart base, light chalky, strong carbonation. Dry grain, citrus, Mineral/clay finish. They either have a problem or they hate restsweetness in this brewery.

Bottle: Copper coloured, hazy, smaller off-white foamy layer, mild to moderate malty and slightly toasty nose,?traces of leafy hops underneath, mild bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied and soft; shorter malty-toasty finish with a bitter-leafy “tail”. Inoffensive, but wuite O.K.…

330ml bottle. Wonderful, cloudy, dark, copper-ish, amber colour with average to huge, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, off-white head. Mellow malty aroma with bready aspects, a touch of wallpaper paste, yeasty fruity overtones with hints of red berries, a touch of vegetables that have been cooked too long, minimally waxy, hoppy overtones. Taste is mellow malty, slightly fruity and bitter hoppy, a weak, tart-ish touch of infection, hints of red berries, rhubarb, a touch of fruit acid, waxy overtones. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth, minimally dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Not a disaster, but something went definitely wrong here; nice, mild (presumably unintended) tartness at this stage - still OK.
