Ahtanum IPA is a strong top fermented light beer. We used Ahtanum, Simcoe, Chinook and Sládek hops and Pilsen and munich malt. The Ahtanum hops give it fresh grapefruit aroma and floral scent. It has light herbal and citrus taste and lower bitterness.

On tap. Hazy golden with a lacing off-white head. Faint tropical hops. Medium body, lightly sweet, fruity body, slight turpentine. Lightly bitter finish. 030423

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Can looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a huge head. Starts fine malty, more and more fresh hoppy, notes of lemon, some grapefruit, some raisins. Mild bitter background. Finish well balanced. Nice!

500ml Can - Golden with a foamy head. Peach, melon, grapefruit and papaya in the aroma. Hoppy and moderately resinous taste with peach, mango, orange, tea, pine and herbs. Enjoyable.

Canned, 500 ml, courtesy of and shared with Miro B. Clear dark gold, small white head. Fruity, malty, ripe peach, sweet, light to medium bodied.

Can 0.5l. Lightly cloudy, deep gold colored. AROMA- juicy, citrusy and tropical fruit, mango, orange, pineapple. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, juicy, pine, tropical fruit, citrusy, floral. Medium bodied. Tasty.
