Draught, 5% at the brewpub. Papery aroma. Almost clear golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is very malty, nicely bready and chalky. Mild sweetish, floral hop aroma. Clean and assertive bitterness.

Clear blond to light orange beer, creamy bit irregular off-white head, a little stable, bit adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, grains. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very malty, caramel, grains, digestive crackers, biscuits, pretty darn bitter, some more sweet malts, a bit of caramel. Aftertaste: bitter, dry, hoppy, grains, cow fodder, hoppy, grassy, decent!

Draught @ Brewpub. Pours hazy Pale yellow with a creamy White head. Spicy and herbal hoppy green. Very powerfull. German tettnager perhaps. Unfortunatly a sulphurish touch. Some dms which is almost massacred by the hops. Lots of potential. They clearly suffer dms issues at Cafe Lajka brewpub. A shame cause the beer has so much potential.

Tap at the brewery. The german hops do ineeed impart a distinctly fruity, herbal hops character, quite pleasant. Med-thin body, med-high carbonation. Light diacetyl present too, amount good in style though. Overall easy drinking, quite good.

Točené (@ Café Lajka, Bubeneč): Pale golden, nearly cloudy, medium sized and slowly collapsing loose white head, moderate dryish herbal-hoppy nose, žatecký červeňák hardly hardly detectable, hardly buttery as well; moderate bitter and mildly sweet flavour, both soft and a bit tart, hardly medium bodied; slightly lingering, quite dry, bitter-hoppy finish. Slušne pivo, ale to není nejlepší světlý ležák…
