Our brewers have packed this EPA with Munich malt, selected for its big malty flavour. To complement this we have added a mountain of Styrian Goldings and Goldings hops which impart huge fresh citrus, grassy aromas and flavours. It finishes vibrant, citrusy and beautifully balanced.

Hops: Goldings and Styrian Goldings
Malts: Pale Ale Malt and Munich Malt

Old rating - A 500ml bottle brought home from Scotland by my wife. It pours a light chestnut with a white head. Aromas & tastes of fruits & malt. Medium body. Mildly bitter finish. Decent pale ale

Fluffy white head stayed on an unclear golden coloured body. Zesty citrus & wet cardboard aroma. Medium bodied, lively on the tongue with a clean back. Tangy citrus, grain, peach & lightly hopped tastes. Decent Quaffer.

500ml bottle – Pours a clear amber colour with a small loose off-white head that quickly dissipated. The aroma is malty, sweet rich malts, light caramel, flapjack and a hint of woody spice. A sweet malty taste, caramel, buttery and white bready flavours with some grassy and resiny hops in a drying light bitter finish.

Many Thanks for This Fresh EPA to Jacek Wigier (wineofdreams@gmail.com) Piwo jest jasno zlote, klarowne z niewielka piana, zapach intensywny, swierzego Styrian Golding i nieco trawiaste, w smaku goryczkowe, lekkie, nisko slodowe, takie jak to mawiaja pijalne. Dobre dla ochlody w duszne dni sierpniowego lata.

Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Appearance - golden with a big fluffy head. Nose - caramel with just an edge of pine. Taste - biscuit, lemon, fudge. Palate - medium bodied. Creamy texture. Mixture of sweet and dry on the finish. Could be drier for the style, though. Overall - ok.

Earth and dried fruit. Soft toast and caramel. Thin body, soft to moderate carbonation. Some grainy and malty sweetness. Dry finish.
