Lužický mandarin nadchne svou svěží a vyváženou chutí, kterou dotváří i méně obvyklí postup studeného chmelení na konci ležení, ke kterému byl použit německý chmel Mandarina Bavaria. Právě použití tohoto chmele dodává pivu příjemné ovocné aroma s nádechem mandarinek, cirtónu, ananasu a grapefruitu. Pivo je vařeno na 2 rmuty, tradičním postupem spodního kvašení na otevřené spilce. Můžete si tak vychutnat vyváženou hořkost a plnost typickou pro naše piva.

1.5l PET bottle. Cloudy orange, big foamy head. Loads of vanilla and buttery notes, butter cookies, bitter almonds and tonka, grapefruit zest, sourdough, grassy hops, hay and straw. Zesty grassy hoppy bitterness, fruity sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry zesty bittersweet finish. Excellent!

PET bottle from beerdome.cz. Slightly hazy yellow with atall and long-lasting head leaving lacework. Lovely aroma that makes you feel like your in a hospoda. Light-bodied, malty base with a grainy touch and lots of spicy hops that are fruity at forst, with tangerine and orange, and end with a long-lasting pleasant bitterness on the palate. Lively yet smooth carbonation. Well balanced and very moreish.

Tap at Sladovna Praha. Hazy golden body, white head. Buttery aroma, nothing else really. Taste... grainy, buttery notes, light fruity touch from mandarina, somewhat fresh, but the dry hop is lost in here, too buttery for its own good.
