We decided to give Giant Step a double giant step. Keeping the same strength, we doubled the amount of hops in the dry hop, making it a DDH IPA. A DDH IPA which gives less space to the characteristic dank by releasing its tropical aroma to the fullest.

Lattina.

Aroma pale hops, grapefruit, lemon zest, pineapple, piney hops, Rather mild taste, medium sweet and bitter, malty, grapefruit, pineapple, pine resin. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, sweetbitter aftertaste, resinous notes, very nice.

Can picked up from the brewery and consumed at home Friday 2nd October 2020, listening to Loma (4 tracks off of the new album), about to create a Chicken Curry with homemade Nan. Hazy yellowy with a white head, mmhh.... so is this just a ramped up version of Giant CRAK, if so they appear different styles, IPA (West Coast,) and this an Imperial NEIPA. This is good, fruity, smooth, soft, creamy, lots of hops but flavour profile nowhere near as distinct as the standard CRAK Giant. Hoppy burps aplenty.

Can @Bir&Fud Bottega (Rome). Dorata, torbida, schiuma bianca media, mediamente persistente. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Strepitosa.

Tap at Malý/Velký. Hazy/murky orange body. Huge, pungent tropical aroma. Similar taste, lighter than expected, tropical and slightly flowery, very light phenolic touches, bitterish. Hmm... started off very nice, but didn't finish at the same note.

(tap 0,3l @ Malt Worm (Brno)) Citrusy, grassy. Hazy light golden. Dry, bitter. Good. Not much juicy hoppy for NEIPA.
