Can from the LCBO. cloudy orange pour, with a small white head. Aroma is mango, peach and pineapple, with a wisp of sulphur. mouth feel is thin, very juice like, with a soft carb. Finish is tart, and dry, more sulphur notes with lots of stone fruit, and semi sweet citrus zest.

This sour IPA poured a clear medium yellow with a nice creamy white head. Nice lacing. Scents include citrus, must a hint of egg yoke. First swig was lightly sour with flavours of citrus and almost a ginger ale finish. Without the ginger… long story.

Nicely soured, the dry hopping is mild and very well balanced. The Beer is rather neutral with the sourness dominating the flavour. But its good. Sk co-op

Tasting at Matt's, can
Hazy pale blond colour. Nice aroma, very floral, honey, elderflowers. The flavour is more modest, the sourness is mild, some herbal and floral character.

Hazy, light golden-yellow bright colour with an off-white bubbly head, decent retention and some some dirty foamy-creamy lacing waves. Very hoppy, herbal nose from the dry-hopping. Hints of sourness in the background that do come out in the taste. Kind of vines, grape sourness. Light tart on the tongue. This is not bad at all for a nice mix of dry-hopping and sourness, tartiness.

473mL can, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is mild, with mixed fermentation yeast, and a touch of tart fruit. Flavour follows similarly, with lots of mixed wild yeast and gentle tart fruit. Pleasant wild yeast character. Pretty solid.

16oz at Matt's amenity room. Appearance: slightly hazy pale golden with a weak white head. Aroma: some not very bad dry hops and slight sourness. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: meh, but at least it's not offensive.

Pale, with just a slight haze. There is a bit of I guess I would say apple to this, with a bit of brett, There's a bit of green papaya there, leafy hop,
