Heller, spritzig herber Beginn. Starke Karbonisierung, moderat hopfig, kernig. Trocken bleibend, süffig, kurzer Abgang. 10/8/10/8/11/8

24/VIII/20 - 50cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ holidays (France), BB: X/2020 (2020-818)
Clear pale blond beer, huge solid creamy frothy off-white head, very stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: bit malty, herbal, grassy, slightly fruity, hint of banana. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: bit metallic, dry, malty touch, good bitterness, boiling wort, lots of wort… Aftertaste: malty, more wort, cooked grains, nice bitterness, slightly metallic.

Bottle from Schlenkerla. Saved it for 2 weeks because jfb advised so - and I'm definitely not complaining. Now it's ready to go. Misty yellowish body, fluffy white head, falling apart. Lovely soft aroma, remarkable for this little alcohol, soft flowery-citric noble hoppiness, grassy touches, soft grainy and yeasty undertones. Soft, eggy-grainy, flowery taste, some mild bitter touches in the finish. Remarkably well made low alcohol beer!

Bottle. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is hoppy, bready, fresh yeast. Taste is hoppy, grainy. Mineraly mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Nice one, really great for the ABV!

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Malty-moldy aroma. Starts mild, malty, more and more moldy. Light smokey touch. Finish well balanced, still some nice malty-smokey notes. Not bad!

500 ml bottle from Schlenkerla webshop, bb 12/2020. Pale golden, moderate hazy body, with a medium, fluffy, lacing, off-white head. Aroma of grains, grass, hay, flowers, citrus, butter, some bread. Tastes similar. Light, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation. Finishes medium bitter, hoppy, floral, citric, grainy, with some hay and bread. Good. Clean and fresh and even pretty hoppy towards the finish. Light bodied of course, but doesn't feel too watery. Quaffable stuff for the low ABV. Score: 6 / 3 / 6 / 3 / 13

Fläschla (Dank ans Seela!) : Very pale golden, hazy, small white foamy layer, mild to moderate dry bitter-herbal nose; pretty dry bitter flavour, astonishingly a small amount of a residual sweetness is detectable too, light bodied as expected, a bit tart; short and dry herbal bitter finish. Not my style at all, but this one is really well crafted...

Man merkt trotzdem das Alkohol-Loch, da fehlt halt was.
