A surprisingly smooth 10.5% variant of our fog series, brewed with golden promise and a heavy flaked wheat and oat malt bill. It’s then triple dry hopped aggressively with Mosaic, Pacific Jade, Citra, Summit and a ridiculous amount of Galaxy. Fluffy, juicy, pillowy and dank.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 13/01/24. Hazed orange with a good sized lasting just off white head. Nose is orange zest, grass, light pine, melon, mandarin, grapefruit. Taste comprises grapefruit, pine needle, grass, melon, papaya, touch of hop spice, pineapple. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy hop bitterness. Tidy enough DIPA.

Can. Very hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy and semi dry palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Slightly dry pale malts, adequate creamy sweetness. Hops are slightly spicy and bright and paradoxically slightly ripe citrus, juicy with it. A little citrus peel bitterness. Nice level of tropical fruit goodness emerging on the back end. The mild hop spice also blossoms in to a much more strident bite on the close. Lots of different layers to this dipa and they all come together very nicely thank you very much.

473ml can. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma tropical mango, pineapple, pine. Taste is intensely hoppy, ripe mango, pineapple, and big piney flavours, some dank herbal notes too, and a surprisingly assertive bitter hop finish, not sweet as these sometimes are. Full bodied, smooth, alcohol well incorporated. An excellent TIPA.

16 oz can. Date: 05/15/23. Aroma of peach, mango, and sweet bread. The flavor follows with a peach or mango like character upfront in a very mild note of herb in the finish. The alcohols noticed a bit and the malt is taking over. Overall, still pretty good.

Can from Johns. Pours a super hazy orange hue with a large white head. A big pungent tropical nose. Rich, strangely bitter yeasty notes, lots of tropical flavors, certainly taste galaxy hops. Vanilla. Solid. Super hazy. Husky.

Can. Cloudy yellow with a big fluffy white head that has good retention. The aroma is quite strong with vibrant mixed citrus, I get grapefruit, pineapple and mango. The taste, like the aroma, is a blast of citrus with mango, guava and grapefruit. The palate is full and viscous. Finishes long with lingering bitter grapefruit and some soap. Overall:

Merged rating 2021 vintage canned 8/10/21 and tap pour 8/13/22 at Rare Fog day. It's an opaque dark yellow-light brown with light sparkle, finger-plus width fluffy white head with good retention and nice soapy rings of lacing. Aroma is strong dank fruit with mild tart, herbal component. Taste is strong herbal, generic fruit and vaguely nutty component and bread. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, soft-to-average carbonation, no hint of alcohol and crisp, dry finish as taste. Overall, typical strong look and feel of this series. Hops may be a little muted with age as surprisingly strong malt presence.

Can from Holiday Market. Pours a hazy gold with a finger of white foam that dissipates. Super bright but opaque gold as it warms. Lots of tropical fruit and flaked oat aromas with peach, pineapple, papaya dominating. As it warms some gooseberry and strawberry notes. Smooth and creamy on the palate...the oats really fluff out the texture on the palate. Dank durian, pineapple and light pith and stone fruit that lingers on the palate.
